Attendees: Fill in the number of people you are registering for the meeting
Name(s): Fill out the names of the person(s) you are registering
Address: Fill out your mailing address
Telephone: Your telephone number, including country code if outside the U.S.
FAX: Your fax number, including country code if outside the U.S.
Email: Fill in your email address. If you have one that is already associated with your Paypal account, use that one.

If you do not have a FAX number, you don't have to list one.
